The Majestic Humpback

After a day aboard the boat with these magnificent creatures you feel so elated and privileged to have seen them! The Humpback Whale is one of nature's most beautiful animals, they have emotions much like humans; such as crying when they are sad and playing when they are happy.

This particular whale is doing what is called 'Tail Slapping.' It is not exactly known why they do this but marine scientists speculate that it may be a form or communication, or a way to remove barnacles from their tails.
